Controller and contact
Blaze Volt operates blaze-volt.digital and related learning services. Contact: admissions@blaze-volt.digital, phone (84-8) 3963 1816, address 109 Lac Long Quan Street, Ward 3, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Data we collect
We collect identity and contact data (name, email, phone), employer details when provided, billing references for tuition, technical logs (IP, device type), cohort participation metadata, and cookie data as described in our Cookie Preferences page.
Purposes of processing
Data supports admissions, cohort operations, mentor coordination, billing reconciliation, safety investigations, product improvement, and—when consented—analytics on site usage.
Legal bases
Processing rests on contract performance for enrolled learners, legitimate interests in securing our platform, compliance with accounting and tax obligations, and consent where required (for example, non-essential analytics cookies).
Retention
Learner records are retained for the period needed to document education services and meet legal record-keeping expectations, then minimized or deleted unless a longer period is mandated. Marketing contacts are refreshed periodically.
Processors and transfers
We use vetted hosting, email, and classroom tooling providers. Some subprocessors may store data outside Vietnam. We assess safeguards such as contractual clauses and vendor security practices before onboarding tools.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information with payment partners, corporate training buyers who sponsor seats (per agreement), or authorities when required by competent Vietnamese legal process.
Security measures
We apply access controls, encryption in transit where supported, and staff training. No online service is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to admissions@blaze-volt.digital promptly.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing. We will verify requests and respond within reasonable timelines. You may also lodge complaints with Vietnamese data protection authorities when jurisdiction permits.
Children
Services target adults and supervised learners. If you believe a child provided data without appropriate consent, contact us to request removal.
Policy updates
We revise this Data Protection notice when practices change. Continued use after updates constitutes acknowledgment unless law requires additional consent.
