Agreement to terms
By accessing blaze-volt.digital or registering for Blaze Volt programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of our websites and services.
Services described
Blaze Volt provides instructor-led, cohort-based, and self-paced information technology education offerings, including data analytics training tracks, mentoring, and related learner success services. Course descriptions state delivery format, duration, and tooling expectations.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Blaze Volt may suspend accounts that compromise cohort integrity or violate acceptable use rules.
Acceptable use
Learners may not harass staff or peers, distribute malware, scrape cohort materials for resale, or attempt unauthorized access to Blaze Volt systems. Corporate learners must comply with both these terms and their employer policies.
Intellectual property
Curriculum, labs, templates, and branding remain Blaze Volt property unless a separate license states otherwise. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution requires written consent.
Third-party tools
Courses may reference third-party SaaS products. Those vendors impose their own terms. Blaze Volt does not control vendor uptime, pricing changes, or data handling beyond what we describe in cohort communications.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Education services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Blaze Volt does not guarantee employment outcomes or certification exam results. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific cohort giving rise to the claim unless mandatory Vietnamese law provides otherwise.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Parties endeavor to resolve disputes in good faith. Consumers retain non-waivable rights under applicable Vietnamese consumer protection regulations, including avenues before competent authorities where available.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms with a revised last updated date. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated via email when feasible. Questions: admissions@blaze-volt.digital or visit us at 109 Lac Long Quan Street, Ward 3, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
