Scope

This Returns & Refunds policy applies to tuition and service fees published between 2,500,000 VND and 18,000,000 VND on blaze-volt.digital. Custom enterprise statements of work may include different clauses referenced in signed agreements.

Cooling-off period

Consumers who enroll online may cancel within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a full refund provided no live sessions or downloadable materials have been accessed beyond the welcome module. Access beyond that point may reduce refundable amounts as described below.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after attending live sessions or downloading licensed labs, Blaze Volt calculates a partial refund by subtracting delivered instructional hours and non-recoverable vendor costs, documented in a settlement worksheet shared with you.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam vouchers, paid certifications, or hardware purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once ordered. Donations or optional alumni community fees, if introduced, will be labeled separately.

Process

Email admissions@blaze-volt.digital with your full name, cohort name, and reason for withdrawal. We confirm receipt within three business days and may schedule a short call to verify identity.

Timing and method

Approved refunds are initiated within fifteen business days using the original payment channel when possible. Bank transfers may require additional KYC steps under Vietnamese banking rules.

Cancellations by Blaze Volt

If Blaze Volt cancels a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the canceled cohort.

Consumer rights in Vietnam

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer protections available in Vietnam. For disputes, you may contact Blaze Volt first or seek guidance from consumer protection channels competent in your locality.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. Please attempt good-faith resolution with admissions staff before involving your bank.
